Can i apply ( L ) visa for visit 126th session of Canton Fair ?

I already have the invitation letter from the canton fair official , Can i apply ( L ) visa for visit 126th session of Canton Fair ?

yes, you can. But you should apply for the business M visa, not tourist L visa.
