About:How to Travel to China without a Visa

visa free transit in China without final destination visa?

I am travelling to Khatmandu from Canada and have an 8 hr layover in Guangzhou. I planned on applying for a Nepalese visa upon arrival. Will not yet having the visa for Nepal be an issue?

If you are a Canadian citizen, you are perfectly eligible for 24 hour visa free transit in China and the Chinese authorities are already familiar with the fact that the Nepalese authorities grant visas upon arrival to Canadians and to most other eligible citizenship. You should just bring your passport and flight tickets in hard copy. That's it.
