Getting of visa

Good morning
I'm Yemeni nationality and as you know the embassy of China in my country is close because situation in my country,so i have admission notice to study master degree in China at zhejiang gongshang University.
Can i get a visa from your embassy?
I will travel to Ethiopia if i can get a visa.
