Will the Chinese embassy accept the waec details I have as my original waec certificate is not out

Good day,I am a prospective student of University of science and technology laoling.My original waec certificate has not been released but the online results has been released so is it possible for me to use a statement of result,mastersheet as an alternative for the original waec certificate plus a waec scratch card for the Chinese embassy in Abuja to use their computer to comfirm my result ?
Ps.:The University of science and technology laoling in China are already aware that my waec certificate is not out but my only problem is whether the Chinese embassy will accept the alternative I have.
Please I just want to know if the Chinese embassy will accept what I have.
