If i got visa to kunming and i take train to visit lijiang to?

Do i have to mention it on visa application form?

There is no need for such a detail itinerary. You should write something like Kunming and local attractions around it. This will be enough. By the way, if you are a Singaporean citizen, you can travel to China visa free for 15 days.
