About:China Student Visa

once student visa got rejected then when can i apply again ?

i applied in china embassy islamabad for student as i got scholorship from one of chinese uniersity but my visa got rejected and the embassy didnt give me any reason. Can i apply again and is there any certain period to reapply again for student visa?
