About:Postage Rate of China Post International Parcels

I'm relocating back to London, and want to send a box of clothes/shoes back in advance.

I wondered how to go about shipping with China Post? Can I do it online, or do I have to go to the Post Office in person? Also, do they speak English at the Post Office, or not? Thanks!

You are suggested to go to the post office in person. As I know, the staff can understand basic English. Don't worry.
