About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit in Guangdong

Does anyone know if one page in the passport is enough for the 144 hour visa free entry?

Or does there have to be a free double page as with a normal visa ?

One blank page if definitely fine. There is no need for more than that because the sticker itself occupies at most 1/3 of the page. It is not like in the case of a visa where a sticker occupies the entire page. You are fine to use your passport with one blank page only.
