Tour visa for single person

Sir i have got an invitation letter from shanghai pulmonary hospital from 15 oct to 25 oct but it is having no bar code. They to apply for tourist visa. But problem is they need group of five people through qualified agency. What to do?

If you are going to China for seeing a doctor, you could apply for the S2 visa.
