About:China Private Visit Visa

Hi, may I know if I could apply for an S visa if I want to get married to my Chinese Fiance

May I ask for some agency who could help me with my situation? Thanks.

You cannot apply for the S visa if you haven't married yet. But you could apply for a L visa to China and then get married. You could either apply by yourself or by an government-authorized agency.

Hi, thanks for the reply, but what if my L visa application got denied, is there any type of visa that I could apply for?
