Helping friend submit application

Hi, is it possible to submit an application for a friend? How much would it cost to apply in Malaysia as a malaysian citizen

If circumstances really prevent you from submiting the applicaiton by yourself (e.g. illness), you may entrust someone else to do it for you (no need to provide a power of attorney) providing that you have prepared all the documents required and signed the application form. The fee for a single entry visa is RM 100.
