How long does it take from Songjiang district (Mingzhong Road) to the Pudong Airport?

I need to be at the airport around 5:45-6:00 in the morning. How long does it approximately take from Mingzhong Road? I thought about leaving at 4:45, is that too late?
And how about the taxi fare? I know it costs more until 5 in the morning. So do I only need to pay 15min of the night fare and the rest day fare or how do they handle that?
