Education on the horizon?

Hi I am a female, born 5 Dec 1982. I wish to get further education but there seem to be many obstacles. Should I try to get further education or quit on my dreams?

Yes, I think you should get further education. Maybe you can ask for some suggestions from your friends and family members. See whether if they can provide some help.
