About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Daniela-transit visa 144 hours

Is OK this transit without visa 144 hours with the following route; Romania-Beijing-21 dec.
Beijing-Taipei-23 dec. with another company.Taipei-Manila
Manila-Shanghai 07ian. and Shanghai-Romania January 09. Thank you.

Yes, your entire itinerary is definitely eligible for 144 hour visa free transit. The first time in Beijing and the second time in Shanghai. Traveling with different airlines and on separate tickets is fine.

It is important to mention that you flights to and from Beijing and Shanghai are not allowed to have any additional landing within mainland China.
