Train Delays D2305 on 25 August 2019

I want to know how many hours Train D2305 on Sunday, 25/8/19, from Chaoshan Station to Shenzhenbei Station has been delayed to enable me to claim insurance
Please advise

However, we are sorry that Rrailway Company do not offer history record about train delay and there is no delay certificate type offered either. Sorry about the inconvenience.

Can I get a refund for the y used tickets since there was no service alert train D2305 was out of service due to adverse weather?
