I want to know how many hours Train D2305 on Sunday, 25/8/19, from Chaoshan Station to Shenzhenbei Station has been delayed to enable me to claim insurance Please advise WYL

Can I get a refund for the y used tickets since there was no service alert train D2305 was out of service due to adverse weather?
