4 hours Layover at Shuangliu Airport

Hi, I will land at Shuangliu Airport roughly 3:20 AM and still have a domestic flight to Daocheng at 7:10 AM. Do I havee enough time to clear customer, immigration and check in for the domestic flight? My flight will arrive at Terminal 1. How far do I have to walk to domestic departure from arrival hall in Terminal 1?
