About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

1)need visa/on arrival as a Bangladeshi official passport holder? 2) My wife needs which type visa?

Hello,I am a Bangladeshi official passport holder and invited in Weifang Medical university,Shandong,China for professional conference in October 2109 for 12 days.I want to go there with my wife. She works in Non-govt institution.
1) Do i need a visa or on arrival visa as a Bangladeshi official passport holder?
2) My wife needs which type of visa?How can i get?

As an official passport holder, you don't need a visa to China. For your wife, you could ask the conference organizer to issue an invitation letter to your wife and then apply for the F visa.
