About:Bao'en Temple Pagoda

Do I need a degree to teach in China or is TEFL sufficient?

I am completing my TEFL certification at the moment. I do not have a Bachelors degree but I have over 15 years of experience. Will I be able to get a Z visa without a degree?

Yes, you need at least bachelor degree. And it doesn't matter if you're native speaker or not, degree (best in school teaching or preschool teacher, with major like English, Music). I think maybe it's possible to find position without requiring degree but you're probably not gonna get Z visa.
