About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Beijing, Tianjin & Hebei

I am a US passport holder travelling to Beijing via a 4 day stopover in Singapore.

I will stay in BJ for 4 days and then board a cruise to Japan, ultimately arriving back in Singapore for my flight back to the US, am I valid for the 144 hour visa?.

You are valid for 144 hour visa free transit under the following conditions:

- Your flight from, I assume US, to Beijing should not have any additional landing within mainland China and in Japan
- Your cruise should not have its first port of call, immediately after Tianjin, in mainland China

If the above conditions are fulfilled, you are definitely eligible for 144 hour visa free transit in Beijing area.
