Requirements of Z Visa at BD

I have been invited to a work offer from a company at China.
What documents I need to prepare?

Regarding educational certificates: I have provisional certificate from my university as the original is not provided yet. Will it be an issue or it's a must for z visa/ work permit to submit true copy of certificate with attested and legalized?

you will need your passport, a completed Visa Application Form with a recently-taken passport photo,Employment License for Foreigners from the Ministry of Human Resourse and Social Security of the PRC. The educational certificate or your degree ia a must for the work permit and you should have it attested and legalized before you apply for the work visa.
