Bring along power tools to China

Can i bring my Laser level power tools to china and if yes how many unit shall i bring? And just put into luggage or bring to plane? Any declaration needed?

Yes, you can. However, you cannot bring too much. Just put them into the checked luggage. If needed, you can declare them at the custom.

but about how many UNIT i can bring? 6 unit is it too much? And custom shouldbi declare to Malaysia custom/ China Custom? or both?

Well, it will be ok. Declare them at China Custom.
