About:Chinese Embassy in Morocco

Moroccan in HK traveling to China

Hello, i'm moroccan staying in China currently but since my visa is getting expired, i'm planning to apply for business visa from HK. I have my friend who can provide invitation leter and copy of his chinese business certificate. Can I do it from HK?
