getting from Kaili South to Kaili downtown

How can I get from Kaili South Railway Station to Beijing East Rd (proximity of Pingguoshan Park) by public transport?

Bus No. 21 would do. You can take it from the South Station and get off at Dashizidong (city center). It is not far from the Pingguoshan Park. It is indeed a long distance trip by bus, maybe 33 stops.
