About:8 Tips for Filling Out Chinese Visa Application Form

Household Helper

Hi, my family will be travelling with our household helper and I will be filling up the application form on her behalf. My questions are:

1) What shall i indicate in 1.15? Is it Others?
2) In 2.7, will i put there my name?
3) Since i will accomplish the application form, what will i put in 5.2?
4) Are there any regulations or laws regarding household help in China?

For blank 1.15, you could tick "Other" and write down "Househoel Helper" under the following line.
In 2.7, you should write down your name.
In 5.2, put down "employer".
A household helper cannont work in Mainland China, but they can come to China as a tourist.
