About:Baggage Allowance and Transportation

What size bags are allowed on C train?

I am travelling from Beijing to Tianjin, then down to Tanggu to board a Royal Caribbean Cruise Ship. What size luggage can I bring on the bullet train?

The policy allow 20kg and within 130cm, but they do not check about it at station.
