About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Brisbane - Guangzhou (stop at Wuhan) - Rome

I hold a Brazilian Passport.

I have a China Southern flight (Flt No. CZ382) from Brisbane (BNE) to Guangzhou - 3 hours Transit in Guangzhou then fly to Rome with 1 hr 15 mins stopover in Wuhan - no plane change (flt no. CZ645).

Do I need a Visa on hand before boarding at ?
I understand that I am within 72 hour Foreign Transit Visa, am I?

Return flight: Rome to Guangzhou - 1 stop at Wuhan for 2 (no plane change). 11hr 20 mins transit at Guangzhou then fly to Brisbane (flt no. CZ381). Since both Wuhan and Guangzhou entertain 72 hr free transit, still have query on this. Do I need an entry permission?

Thank you (since now) for your help!

you don't need a visa for you transfer. your round-trip flight plan only meets the requirement of 24-hour visa-free transit policy not the 72-hour visa-free transit.
