About:Chinese Embassy in Ghana

Medical form attestation

Please do i have to attest(notarize) both the original and photocopy of the foreigner's physical examination form before submitting to embassy?

I only attested(notarized) the original..i dont know if it will be a problem

Yaw, I think you just need to have the original copy attested and then get a photocopy of it.
