Is it necesary for foreigners to buy Fanjingshan “advance tickets” or make “pre-booking” ?

Can I buy the entry ticket at the moment I arrive to the park.

According to the official website, the scenic area implements the real-name system to pre-book tickets with daily limit of 8000 people. So you can't not buy the ticket on the spot.
