About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

24-hour TWOV: Hong Kong - Guangzhou (by ferry or train) and then Guangzhou - Manila (by plane)

Is this route valid for the 24-hour visa exemption? Thank you.

You have to fly to Guangzhou to be able to do the TWOV
