About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

LHR-Chongqing (stay 72 hours to meet up with relatives) - BKK. Is this OK for visa-free transit?

It is OK for 72 hour visa free transit if you are flying on a direct flight by Tianjin Airlines from London. Also, your flight from Chongqing to Bangkok should not have any additional landing within mainland China.
