About:Haikou Meilan Airport

Hi I am traveling from Sweden to Beijing and via train to hebicity for a meeting

And then going back to Sweden can i use 144 hour visa ? i have on ticket Sweden Beijing and Beijing Sweden totally 4 days in china.

Of course you need a visa in advance. There is no such thing as “144 hour visa” and your route obviously does not qualify for visa-free transit.
