About:Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport

we will reach Guangzhou airport next week and plan to go Shenzhen by bus

and is there any direct bus facility
from baiku airport to shenzhen and i heard there is bus service available so can anyone guide how to take ticket and which gate i proceed for all

Yes, there are several direct coaches that can take you to Shenzhen. The bus schedules are from 10:30 to 21:40 every 60-70mins. You can purchase the tickets when you arriving there. The boarding site is nearby the ticket counter. Upon landing, you can find the place easily based on the English signs at the airport.
