About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

If my Chinese visa expired and I have my work permit are they going to send me back to my country

Do you have a temporary residency permit? What's the validity? If the residency permit has already expired, then you have overstayed in China. If yes, you had better go to the local Exit and Entry Administration to pay the fine and ask for an exit visa in order to leave China.
