Transit visa in HK for Nepalese

I'm a nepalese passport holder traveling from Vietnam to japan, i have transit for 13 hours in Hong Kong airport. I am flying from Hong Kong Airlines, do i need transit visa to look around the HK airport, not only transit airside area, but also outside too.

You need to apply for a transit visa in advance.
