un understood visa interview

Question

I booked an appointment for today(7/8/2019) and I went for it... carried out the routine checkup.. when I was in the interview room I was asked to present my documents, which I did.. and after the interview I’m a student actually  I got bk my passport with my student visa application form with a stamp on it ‘checked’ and I got bk some of my visa money back.. I don’t understand all that.. pls I need help and I need to know if iv being denied visa or what? Thank u in anticipation for your response

Carl, check whether there is a China visa on your passport. If not, then I'm sorry for you because your application has been rejected.
