About:Chinese Embassy in Kazakhstan

is it possible to apply for an individual touristic visa (L) for China in Astana or Almaty

Hello i am Italian and i want to know if it is possible to apply for an individual touristic visa (L) for China in Astana or Almaty because i am planning to travel to Kazakhstan and after from Kazakhstan to China because i have read that they give only touristic visa (L) to groups (5 persons minimum).

According to the information geiven on the China consulate-general in Almaty and the embassy in Astana, they only give Tourist L visa to travel group with of minimum 5 persons.
