About:China Student Visa

Hello dear, I have two questions; first, do I need to exit China in order to paste student visa on my passport I’m in China on work permit now and second; is it necessarily important to cancel work permit even-though it expires soon what if I don’t bother canceling it any trouble outcomes? Thanks

first, you can apply the sudent visa within China. Second, you need go to the Public Security Bureau (PSB) Exit and Entry Administration office to cancel the work permit as quickly as you can and change it into sudent visa.
