About:Shanghai Travel

My Wife and I Arrive Shanghai 26th October 19

via cruise ship Celebrity which Docks 6am Staying at a Hotel in the Bund then departing Flight from Shanghai 27 October 19 1.50 pm Arrive at Airport 9am Can i use the 24 hour Visa Free Transit

You mean that you arrive at PVG on Oct.26, 9am and then leave the airport on Oct. 27, 13:50pm, right? If yes, you stopover is more than 24 hours. You need to apply for the visa in advance in your country.
