about student visa

i have been granted a full scholarship to study masters of Law intellectual property commencing on 28th of august 2019 with registration at Tongi University, i need a visa urgently, how much do i pay and can i come anyday or still on scheduled dates because am running out of time. i have all the documents sent on my email which i am going to print and bring to you.Emmanuel Pirimba 0776306190

you could go to the Chinese embassy in Uganda with all the needed documents. A single entry visa will cost UGX390,000. It takes 4 days to process a visa.
