About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

my husband has residence permit

my husband has residence permit as his father is married to a chinese woman. can i get same visa and if so, which documents should i prepare to apply?

Irina, you can try to apply for a Q1 visa in order to get such a residence permit. The documents for a Q1 visa include your passport, application form, recent photo, an invitation letter from the Chinese woman, the woman's ID card, and proof of your relationship with the woman.
