About:China Transit Visa

Eastern China air

Hi!

I’m travelling to Taiwan on October and we have booked our flight with China Eastern air Australia to Taipei with a 6 hours layover at shainghai
My question is will I need a visa for this? My boyfriend and I are both Australian citizen

If your route is Australia - Shanghai - Taipei, and you just have layover in Shanghai, both of you don't need a visa.
