About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

144hour twov possible?

Hi with the 144 hour visa waiver is it where you fly to directly before after China that matters or is it the country of origin and final destination? I was planning on the route Edinburgh -Dublin -Amsterdam-Beijing then Beijing- Paris-Dublin Or Edinburgh-Amsterdam-Beijing-Beijing-Paris-Dublin. Would either of these be possible? Thanks

Both of your itineraries are perfectly eligible for 24/144 hour visa free transit because only the immediate points, before and after your Chinese destination (transit place) matter. You have your immediate points in both cases in different countries, so both of them are fine. Choose the one less expensive :)
