Is bank statement required for visa applicants with a fees and accommodation scholarship?

Please I have admissions with a scholarship covering fees and accommodation to pursue my masters. Do I still need a bank statement for my visa application?

No need for bank statement if you have full schorlaship which covers monthly stipend as well

What if it's only Tuition and accommodation scholarship and not monthly stipend. Will they need bank statement?

Please I got partial scholarship which covers tuition then insurance cost. So how much do I need in my sponsorship bank statement
