About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit in Guangdong

US-Taiwan-Shenzhen-South Korea-Taiwan-US

If I fly from US to Taiwan, stay there for 3 days, and then from Taiwan to Shenzhen for 4 days to attend a business meeting. On the way back to US, I will fly directly from Shenzhen to South Korea, layover at ICN for 3-4 hours, and then fly through Taiwan to US. Will I be able to use this 144 hours visa free per this itinerary?

I will just copy/paste the excellent answer provided by CDKING on the same/similar question asked in some other threads of this forum:

If you have a USA passport or a passport from one of the other 52 approved countries and fly Taiwan > Shenzhen > South Korea then you can use the 144 hour transit without visa. Any other mainland china landings you need a visa, if you have other landings you have not mentioned in your post the answer may change.
