Study visa to business visa

I have study visa jw201. I have studied 1 year under csc now I want to leave my study. Can i get business visa? Because university will not give me leave university letter.

If the university does not agree to give you the leave letter, I'm afraid you will meet with difficulties during the process of changing your study visa to business visa.
