Working visa for Zimbabwean

Can a Zimbabwean that is working in South Africa on Asylum papers be able to apply for a Z-visa to China?
Can a Zimbabwean in general be able to apply for a working visa to China? If yes, will said person have to do it in South Africa or Zimbabwe?

Loura, if you can get job offer and work permit in China, it is possible for you to apply for Chinses Z type. Plus, you can apply in South Africa or Zimbabwe.
