What bus should I take from the airport to Hangzhou Ruiju Hotel (杭州瑞居酒店)?

The hotel address is:
Xiacheng District No.539-4 Feng QiRoad, West Lake District – Hubin Area, China, 310000.

You can take shuttle bus Binjiang Line to Jiangling Road Station, then transfer to metro line 1 to Fengqi Road Station (Exit B), and walk west of 600m to your hote. It takes around 1.5 hours with CNY24.
