Does it snow in Lijiang Jade Dragon Mountain mid October?

where can we get to sightseeing bus? does it stop at glacier park?

Well, it is hard to say. You'd better check the weather forecast again before going there. You can take the sightseeing bus at the entrance of the scenic area. As I know, you need to take the cable car to the glacier park.
