About:Marriage Registration in China
Register address to local police station
I'm holding a spouse visa in China. I'm living in Beijing. I have registered my address with the local police station. Based on my knowledge, everytime I leave china and back I have to register my address again with the local police, eventhough it is the same address. But early this year when I came back from a 3 weeks trip. I went to the local police to register my address, the officer told me that since I'm holding a spouse visa (which I think visa type Q). I don't have to keep register my address everytime I'm back from travelling. My question is, is it true that I don't have to keep register my address everytime I'm back from a trips/holiday since the visa I'm holding is a spouse visa?
