About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

TWOV PEK transit T2-T3

Hello. I'm a passport holder of a country of these 53 countries eligible for TWOV.
It seems like I'm going to land in PEK T2 (international flight) and depart from T3 within 10 hours.
I would like to make sure if I wouldn't need a visa to transfer between the two terminals.

To summarise: Can I confirm that I satisfy the condition of TWOV?
1. eligible passport for TWOV
2. International flight in & out
3. Less than 24h stay
4. Terminal transfer T2-T3

Brian, you are definitely and woithout a single doubt eligible for 24 hour visa free transit in Beijing. Assuming that you plan to fly on two separate tickets, which is fine and absolutely legal, you will apply for 24 hour free entry permit upon your landing in Beijing. After that, you will be allowed to leave the airside and you will proceed to the check-in for your onward flight. Of course, having 10 hour on disposal, you can also decide to make a short stroll in the city. To summarize... You are definitely eligible, you will travel visa free and enjoy your time while in Beijing. You should not forget to bring your tickets in hard copy.
